What is Glitter Powder?
Glitter powder is a fine, reflective particulate material made from plastic films (typically PET or PVC), coated with aluminum and colored dyes or pigments. It is cut into tiny flakes that reflect light, creating a sparkling or shimmering effect. Modern eco-friendly versions also are made from biodegradable materials like cellulose.
