Product Description:
Multi-purpose solid acrylic resin is synthesized through polymerization using one or more monomer raw materials, resulting in homopolymers or copolymers with diverse characteristics and applications. The monomer raw materials include methacrylates, acrylates, and other monomers. These homopolymers or copolymers are available in various forms, such as beads, powders, granules, microgranules, or molten states.
The variability in their molecular structure provides tunability in application, allowing them to be compatible with a wide range of film-forming resins-such as chlorinated rubber, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers, nitrocellulose, and cellulose acetate butyrate-as well as with various plasticizers. They exhibit excellent biocompatibility and outstanding weather resistance and durability.
- Exceptional UV resistance and anti-fading performance.
- Non-toxic, safe for use, and outstanding biocompatibility.
- Excellent optical clarity: high gloss, superior light transmission, and low haze.
- Outstanding pigment-dispersion performance in coatings, inks, adhesives, and plastics.
- Broad compatibility with other resins, solvents, pigments, dyes, and additives.

Product Applications:
Mainly used for Coatings, Inks, Adhesives and so on.
Product Description:
The polymer carries pendant hydroxyl-functional groups distributed along the side chains and incorporated throughout the backbone repeat units. Solid acrylic polyol resins are available in three molecular-weight ranges-low (≈ 3 000), medium (≈ 25 000), and high (≈ 400 000)-giving formulators a broad spectrum of performance options.
Performance:
- Easy to handle and process.
- High formulation flexibility: formulators can select the most suitable solvent system.
- Eliminates solvent-hazard concerns during handling.
- Virtually free of oligomers and residual monomers, delivering superior chemical resistance and hardness.
- Excellent film-forming characteristics.
- Outstanding distinctness of image (DOI) for high-gloss, defect-free finishes.
Product Applications:
Pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs)
Hot-melt adhesives
Printing inks
Industrial and metal coatings
Automotive topcoats
